About Fulcher & Ridgewell Ltd
The business was formed in 1987 by Glyn Fulcher and Steve Ridgewell, who between them spent 19 years as in-house technicians in the rooms of Professor Edward Levinson, one of the leading figures in restorative dentistry of his time, in Cavendish Square in the West End of London.
Company Policy
Our aim is to keep up-to-date with new materials and the latest techniques by attending a variety of seminars and training courses. All our work is fully supervised by either Glyn or Steve to maintain a consistent standard of workmanship. We aim to build a working relationship with all of our clients, and welcome clients to our laboratory to discuss their requirements.
Material Selection
Our policy on materials is that we endeavour to use the best possible materials available to us, and to this end we use porcelains from GC, Vita and 3M-ESPE, and our alloys are selected for their bio-compatibility and suitability for each case. We also offer Captek restorations, composites using the GC Gradia system, and acrylic resins.
Terms and Conditions
Our terms state that if it is necessary to remake a case within 12 months of being fitted it will be remade at 50% of cost price on a ‘no blame’ basis, unless the workmanship or material was faulty, where of course there would be no charge. Our current price brochure carries a full list of products and prices. Work is delivered with an itemised invoice, and we request settlement 30 days from the date of invoice. Statements of accounts are produced at month-end.
Our registration number with the Medical Devices Agency is CA000495.
